As all our tours are outdoors, we recommend that you bring sunscreen and a hat.
Wear comfortable clothing and if you are joining one of our island experiences, we recommend that you bring swimwear and a towel.
Unless specifically mentioned in the tour description, meals are not included. We do provide water and soft drinks on all our tours.
You can arrive at the designated meeting point five minutes before the tour.
We constantly monitor the weather, and should we not be able to go on tour on any particular day, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to offer you an alternative date, or a full refund.
All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the tour. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

We don’t provide transport services, but our meeting locations are all easily accessible by taxi or public transport.
The meeting points for all the tours are specified on the website. You will also receive communication from us prior to departure with a weather update and a map link to the meeting point.
On rare occasions, the wind and waves may create spray but generally you won’t get wet. For our island visits, you may have to remove your shoes and walk a short distance through the water to the island.
Our tours generally operate with four to eight people. This varies from boat to boat. We also offer private tours and charters for those looking for a more exclusive experience.

As we don’t go into open water, you should generally not suffer from severe sea sickness. If you are prone to sea sickness, we encourage you to take sea sickness tablets 30 to 60 minutes prior to the tour departure time as the vessel with not return to shore until the scheduled time.
For guests who do suffer from sea sickness, we also recommend our shorter tours to Al Safliya Island where we only spend 15-20 minutes on the boat.
All our boats are equipped with the required safety equipment such as life jackets, life rings and other rescue equipment. All our captains are certified and have undergone safety training, so they are well prepared in case we do have an emergency onboard.
Al Safliya is a small island shaped like a manta ray, situated approximately 5 km away from the Pearl, just off the coast of Doha. With open beaches, tranquil waters, and minimal amenities, it serves as an ideal retreat for people looking for a break from the bustling city.
